Update curl headers in FileSystem/curl

Description

The headers in FileSystem/curl are from version 7.16.4 which was the windows version using until now. I've updated to 7.19 and would like to update the headers too as some definitions were added and to solve problems like:

I'm unsure if Mac and Linux still use the headers in svn since they use the OS bundled libcurl.
Does anybody know if I can update the headers without breaking the other ports?

Aslong as they do use headers in svn but binaries from system we already have a big problem so go ahead.
